The WineGlass Restaurant at Brownsover Hall offers simple, unstuffy service with delicious comforting food prepared with signature Michelin precision and intensity of flavour. Our menus follow the seasons, highlighting the very best of local food heritage.

  • Spring menu March 13th to June 3rd
  • Summer menu 4th June to 2nd September
  • Autumn menu 3rd September to 25th November
  • Festive menu 26th November to January 8th

Wine features prominently in the Wineglass as our signature speciality and we offer a selection of handpicked by the Vineyard's Director of Wine with over 40 wines and champagnes by the glass.

Enjoy a 5 course seasonal menu matched with carefully selected wines to match each course with our Sonoma Gastronomic Getaway, also available as an overnight package.

A wide selection of wines, beers and other beverages as well as bar snacks and lighter dishes are served in the Sir Frank Whittle Bar, which is a perfect place to relax and unwind.

The hotel also provides private dining facilities for an intimate dinner setting to a more formal reception.
