Brownsover Hall Hotel has the perfect location, close to the major motorways of M1 and M6, and is ideal for both business and social events.
Our three meeting rooms, The Drawing Room, The Old Library and The Study, offer natural daylight, ground floor access and multi-media projection.
We recognise that no two events are the same, but the dedication and commitment of our experienced staff will ensure you will have no concerns, as we help you plan your event right down to the very last detail.
All rooms have their own individual character and offer the same essential features:

We have our own preferred suppliers for all Audio Visual requirements, including set design and sound systems.
Before you arrive, all equipment in the room is checked and configured in accordance to your specifications. The room is available latest, 30 minutes before your meeting or event is scheduled to start. When you arrive at the hotel, a dedicated member of staff, who is available to you all day long, will meet you to run through all the details. They will confirm your requirements and organise any last minute changes or additional services.
The Drawing Room
Our largest single meeting space with a capacity of 70 delegates, the Drawing Room is ideal for presentations, exhibitions, seminars and private dining. There is an abundance of natural daylight and ample ceiling height, offering an atmosphere of elegance and space.
The Old Library
A room for medium sized events with a capacity of 50 delegates, the Old Library is elegant bright and airy with views of the gardens. The Old Library connects with the Study, which can be used as a break out room or a private place to meet before dining.
The Study
The Study is ideal for Board Meetings, small training seminars, and private dining for up to 14 persons. It provides a private and discrete space in the heart of the Victorian mansion.
All Our day delegate rates are inclusive of:
- FREE WIFI for all delegates
- Unlimited use of the tea and coffee station
- 2 course lunch in the restaurant with a hot and cold buffet alternatively a working lunch served in the meeting room
- Principle meeting room hire
- Flipchart with paper and pens & Multi Media Projection
- Table stationary

- VAT at the current rate
All Residential Conference hour rates quoted include all of the above plus:
- 3 Course Evening Meal in The WineGlass Restaurant
